As always my experiences at Subaru Autocentres has been very good, from entering to leaving the staff make you welcomed. Although this dealership is not the biggest its uses the space well enough, On a personal note I wish more Subaru models could be available.

First time user of Drive In Autocentres and overall, it was a good experience. No issues with booking car in for its annual service and staff were helpful and friendly on arrival. Will definitely use them again next year.

Our car was collected on time and a courtesy car delivered. Jade phoned when the service was complete and Dean returned our car promptly all within a day. The car had been cleaned and there was a sheet showing the work that had been done.

As always Jade and David are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, whether it’s a chat about the current range of Subaru cars and what the future holds or a general conversation with Jade about almost anything, accompanied with a cup of coffee. I always look forward to my visits to this dealership, it’s an example of how customers should be treated and that’s not always the case, sadly these days.

I very much appreciate having my car collected and delivered back to me. They also pulled out all the stops to get the car back to me by early afternoon so I could visit my unwell husband. Reasonable cost, no nasty surprises and friendly service. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

My service was done and done well but as .year was booked in for 8 30 and was their for I8 30. I did not get my car back till 4 oc and I had to phone up to see if it was ready. I didn't notice until next day when we were ready to go on holiday that the service reminder had not been cancelled. So that means next year will not appear and I thank you very much for going to wash my car but as the day had almost finished I refused
